104名战士5km负重越野训练前后相关生化与外周血指标对比分析

目的　探讨 5km负重越野训练前后机体的相关生化与外周血指标变化规律。方法　对某部步兵连队 104名战士 5km负重越野训练前后的静脉血进行 17项生化与外周血指标检测。结果　检测的 17项指标中,运动后与运动前相比,除ALT,LDH,Hb,BUN,IgA,IgM无显著差异 (P>0. 05 )外;AST,AMM,IgG差异显著 (P<0. 05 );GL,RBC,WBC,PAP,UA,CRP差异非常显著 (P<0. 01 )。结论　5km负重越野训练后可以引起机体多项检验指标的变化。通过对这些指标的观察,对科学合理的完成军体训练有指导意义。

The Comparison and Analysis of Biochemical and Hematological Indexes in 104 Soldiers Before and After 5 km Loaded Field March Drill

Objective To investigate the variation of biochemical and hematological indexes of peripheral blood before and after 5km heavily loaded cross-country march drill.Methods Some biochemical and hematological indexes were observed in 104 soldiers. Results Compared with the results obtained before the dill, the data of post-drill showed that there were no significant differences in alanine aminotransferase (ALT), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), hemoglobin (Hb), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), IgA and IgM (P>0.05). But significant differences were found in aspartate Aminotransferase (AST), adrencohrome monoguanylhydrazone methansulfonate (AMM) and IgG (P<0.05), and in red blood cell (RBC), white blood cell (WBC), proteolipid protein (PLP), uric acid (UA), C-reactive protein, and so on (CRP) (P<0.01). Conclusion Numerous biochemical and hematologica indexes change after 5km heavily loaded march drill. Observation and analysis on these changes are essential to instruct the drill scientifically and rationally.
