| 摘 要： | 目的:比较猫爪草的野生品种与栽培品种中总糖与黄酮的含量.方法:以葡萄糖为观测指标,采用硫酸-蒽酮比色法,测定猫爪草中总糖的含量;以芦丁为观测指标,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH为显色体系,利用差示分光光度法测定其黄酮的含量.结果:猫爪草的总糖含量野生品为30.21％,栽培品为47.57％;黄酮含量野生品为0...
