摘    要:为了提高模块化多电平变换器(MMC)系统的可靠性,提出了一种基于滑模观测器的MMC子模块(SM)开路故障诊断方法.首先根据MMC的运行原理设计了滑模观测器.再利用观测器估计的输出与传感器测量的输出构造残差信号,通过对残差信号的分析实现子模块开路故障的检测.然后根据故障子模块输出电压特性确定故障位置.最终,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建单相MMC仿真模型,模拟其中的一个子模块的IGBT发生开路并进行故障诊断.结果表明提出故障诊断方法的正确性.

Abstract:To improve the reliability of the modular multilevel converter (MMC) system,an open circuit fault diagnosis method based on sliding mode observer for MMC sub-module(SM) is proposed.First,the sliding mode observer is designed according to the operating principle of MMC.Then,the residual signal is constructed by the output of the observer and the output by the sensor.The residual signal is analyzed to realize the open circuit fault detection.Then,the fault location is determined according to the output voltage characteristic of fault sub-module.Finally,the single-phase MMC simulation model is constructed in Matlab/Simulink,and one of the sub-modules of the IGBT is opened and the fault diagnosis is carried out.The simulation results show the correctness of the proposed fault diagnosis method.
