星地多源授时和PTP网络精确对时的关键技术研究和应用

摘    要:500 kV智能变电站主要实现一次设备数字化化、二次设备智能化、测控数传网络化、系统授时多源化。介绍了华东电网500kV玉山智能变电站采用北斗和GPS卫星、铯原子时钟经SDH光通道的多源授时技术,开发支持IEEE1588-2008网络测控系统的精确时钟同步协议(以下简称精确对时协议或PTP)主时钟模块,融入智能化变电站统一的同步时钟系统,实现光纤互感器合并单元(MU)、PTP网络交换机、智能测控单元、智能保护装置、智能操作箱等网络精确时间同步。通过试验检测和数据分析,为智能变电站推广星地多源授时和网络精确对时的统一时钟同步系统积累实践经验。
