摘    要:通过分析黄河泥沙水流对水泵磨蚀问题的影响,结合泉杜泵站流量大、扬程高的特点,提出减小泥沙对水泵磨蚀的几种改进措施;采用两级叶轮,降低其转速;选用双吸结构,消除轴向水推力;选择耐磨材料,提高其抗磨蚀性能和便于部件维护;降低水泵安装高程,防止水泵汽蚀的发生。并取得了一定的成效。
