| 摘 要： | 目的]建立一种高效液相色谱法同时测定莠灭净和敌草隆的定量分析方法。选用甲醇-水作流动相,RP-18色谱柱,检测波长254 nm,外标法定量。结果]方法的回收率为99.0%~101.0%,标准偏差0.180~0.192,变异系数1.75%~1.79%。结论]该方法简便、快速、能进行准确定量分析,结果稳定。

| Abstract: | The method for quantitative analysis of ametryn and diuron were established by HPLC.The chromatographic column was packed with RP-18,and applied the methanol and water as mobile phase.The detection wave length was at 254 nm.Results] The standard deviation was 0.180-0.192,the variation coefficient was 1.75-1.79%,and the recovery was 99.0-101.0%.Conclusions] the method has the advantages of convenience,fast speed,accurate quantitative analysis,and the rosults are stable. |
