摘    要:在分析采矿引起的环境负效应及其矿山工程系统特征的基础上,站在矿业可持续发展的高度,提出了“采矿环境再造”这一科学命题。深刻揭示了采矿科学的本质属性,从根本上打破了传统的采矿方法之间的界限,使人们在观念上转变对采矿技术革新的认识,是对采矿工业发展思路的有益探索。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of negative domino environmental effects and characteristics of mining engineering system,and with the sustainable development of mining industry,a scientific statement of "mining environment regeneration" has been put forward.It's profoundly reveals the essential property of mining science and ultimately breaks the limit among the conventional mining methods.It makes people to convert their conception of mining technology reformation.It is a beneficial probe into a new thought on the development of mining industry.
