| 摘 要： | 水泥浆失水是影响吐哈油田固井质量的重要原因。通过分析水泥浆失水过多造成的严重后果及降失水剂ＲＣ８００降失水的作用机理，在室内降滤失性实验，稠化时间实验，稠化时间实验，流变性和游离水含量实验以及抗压强度实验的基础上，优选出了水泥降失水剂ＲＣ８００的合理配方。１０口井的现场施工表明，降失水剂ＲＣ８００能与多种水泥浆添加剂相配五，使用安全方便，应用范围广，可以大幅度提高该地区的固井质量，有效地防止该地区

| Abstract: | It is well known that cementing quality mainly depends on the filtration - reduction in slurry. A new slurry - additive RC800 has been used in more than ten wells in Tuha Oilfield after its many featuressuch as mechanism of contro1ling water loss, thickening time, rheological behavior, free water content and compression strength had been tested in laboratory. The application in well site shows that the new additive RC800can be matched with many other slurry additives. It can be used convenitently and widely. The cementing qualitywould also be improved and the reservoir pollution be prevented effectively. |
