金刚石类质同象置换与振动光谱

摘    要:测试了湖南、辽宁、山东等地近200颗天然金刚石的Ram an 光谱。结果表明,在天然金刚石中存在类质同象置换现象,其振动光谱特征随置换元素的不同而不同。能类质同象置换金刚石中碳的主要有氮、氢、氧、硅等几种元素,它们可单独或几种一起置换金刚石中的部分碳。本文还讨论了金刚石的红外光谱及其分类问题。

Abstract:Raman and infrared spectra are used to investigate about 200 diamonds from Hunan,Shandong and Liaoning province in China. The results show that isomorphous substitution occur in the diamonds and the vibrational spectra characteristics of the diamonds depend on the substitution of different elements. The Raman and infrared spectra suggest that the nitrogen, oxygen,hydrogen and silicon can occupy some substitutional position in the diamond lattice. Additionally, the infrared spectra and the problem of diamond classification have also been discussed in this paper.
