| 摘 要： | 人力资本是推动一个国家或地区经济发展的重要要素,不平衡经济发展条件下的增长极理论可以有效集聚人力资本。文章以西部地区为例,阐述了经济增长极对人力资本集聚的作用机制,分析了西部地区人力资本集聚的现状,利用灰色关联度方法确定了西部地区的经济增长极,并在此基础上指出了目前西部地区经济增长极发展中存在的问题,提出了促进西部地区经济增长极以带动人力资本集聚的路径选择。
