Ti-IF钢冲压用冷轧钢带St14的生产工艺分析

摘    要:采用转炉→LF→RH→连铸→热轧→酸洗→冷轧→退火→精整的工艺路线,通过严格控制C含量,制定合理的工艺参数,生产的Ti-IF冲压用St14钢带产品具有均匀的铁素体组织,良好的综合力学性能和深冲性能,平均r值为2.2,能满足复杂冲压件的使用要求。

Abstract:Adopting the process route of converter-LF-RF-hot rolling-annealing-finishing and through controlling the content of carbon strictly and establishing reasonable process parameters,Ti-IF steel for stamping St14 strip was produced.The metallographic of the products with good comprehensive mechanical properties and deep drawability is uniform ferrite.The average plastic strain ratio is 2.2 and can be used to produce complicated stamping parts.
