动态血糖监测对老年2型糖尿病血糖控制质量的作用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨动态血糖监测系统(continuous glucose monitoring system,CGMS)在老年2型糖尿病患者降糖治疗中的指导作用。方法:选取88例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究组行强化血糖监测,90例患者作为对照组行常规血糖监测(SMBG)。分别根据各自血糖监测结果调整治疗方案,2周后两组患者均行CGMS。比较两组患者血糖控制情况,同时比较CGMS组治疗前后血糖波动情况。结果:研究组患者主要观察指标MBG、PT≥10mmol/L时间、PT≤3.9mmol/L时间、LAGS、MAGE、GA、2hPG,治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组上述指标治疗前后差异无明显变化(P>0.05)。FPG指标两组治疗前后均无明显变化。结论:CGMS监测血糖调整治疗后患者血糖控制情况显著优于常规监测的患者,根据CGMS结果调整治疗方案后患者血糖波动情况明显改善,CGMS是改善血糖控制效果的有效工具。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the guiding role of the continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS)for elderly type 2 diabetic pa- tients with hypoglycemic therapy. Methods:88 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were chosen as research group which were given the strengthen monitoring of blood glucose, 90 patients in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2010 were chosen as the control group which were given the routine blood glucose monitoring (the SMBG). the treatment plan was adjusted in ac-cordance with their own blood glucose monitoring. Results: The two groups were all given the CGMS after two weeks. The glycemic control of two groups were compared, the condition of blood sugar fluctuations was compared in CGMS group before and after treatment. Results The index of MBG, the time of PT~10 mmol / L, time of PT≤3.9mmol / L, LAGS, MAGE, GA, 2hPG in the research group after treatment had the significant differences compared with before treatment (P〈0.05). While the above indicators before and after treatment of the control group had no significant difference (P〉0.05). The FPG indicators before and after treatment in two groups did not change sig- nificantly. Conclusion: CGMS blood glucose monitoring glycemic control in the adjustment after treatment is significantly superior to conven-tional monitoring; The blood glucose fluctuations have significant improved according to the CGMS results to adjust treatment programs, the CGMS is an effective tool to improve glycemic control.
