| Abstract: | Enterprise performance includes organization and personnel two kinds of performance,the former is purpose of management action,and existence of the latter is to support the former,the organization and the personnel is essentially profit community,and both performance possess pretty high uniformity.This paper described detailedly the performance management system basing on combination organization performance with personnel performance which built by Qilu acrylic fiber plant and its execution effect,and provided reliable practice experience and improvement method to enterprise performance management. |
