高速电主轴的结构设计与发展

摘    要:根据电主轴的结构特点和设计要求,通过分析其结构、电机技术、冷却、润滑等直接影响电主轴性能的各项指标,进行性能的分析和比较,提出了提高电主轴性能的主轴设计方案,为高速电主轴的快速发展提供参考.

Abstract:Based on the structural features and design requirements of electric spindle, the thesis evaluated and compared the performance of electric spindle by analyzing factors that directly affected it's performance like it' s structure, electrical machinery technology, cooling, lubrication and so on, put forward design of the spindle to improve the it' s performance, provided reference for the rapid development of high-speed electric spindle.
