铁线莲属蒙药材薄层层析图谱研究

摘    要:目的摸索出能准确、快速鉴别出6种铁线莲属蒙药材的薄层层析方法。方法采用硅胶薄层色谱法对6种铁线莲属蒙药材进行薄层图谱分析,比较其共性及差异。结果利用硅胶薄层色谱法,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯-丙酮(9∶3∶1)为展开剂,可将辣蓼铁线莲与其他5种蒙药材区别开;以三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(15∶3∶0.5)为展开剂,可将芹叶铁线莲、黄花铁线莲、短尾铁线莲、棉团铁线莲、长瓣铁线莲5种蒙药材加以鉴别。结论利用硅胶薄层色谱法鉴别铁线莲属6种蒙药材,方法快速、简单、重复性好。

Abstract:Objective To find out a TLC method for iedntifying 6 kinds of Mongolian medicinal material Clematis L. accurately and quickly. Methods The silica gel thin- layer chromatography(TLC) method was used to perform the TLC spectrum analysis on 6 kinds of Mongolian crude drug Clematis L. Their general characters and differences among them were compared. Results The mixture of petroleum ether benzine- ethyl acetate-acetone (9:3:1) was used as the developing solvent,Clematis L could be differentiated from other 5 kinds of Mongolian medicinal material. The mixture of chloroform-methanol-water (15:3:0. 5) was used as the developing solvent, 5 kinds of Mongolian medicinal material Clematis aethusifolia, C. intricate, C. brevicaudata, C. hexapetala and C. macropetala, could be identified. Conclusion The established TLC method is rapid and convenient with good repeatability,which can identify 6 kinds of Mongolian medicinal material Clematis L.
