柠檬酸在磁性纳米粒子上的吸附及性能表征

摘    要:采用柠檬酸对Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子进行表面改性,制备了高稳定性的水基磁流体.利用衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、热重分析(TG)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对改性前后的磁性粒子进行了表征.结果表明,柠檬酸在Fe3O4表面的吸附是氢键、静电力和共价键共同作用的结果,pH为4.8时化学吸附达到最大,符合Langmuir等温吸附,建立了等温吸附方程,饱和吸附量为100mg/g.

Abstract:Stable chemically aqueous magnetic fluids were synthesized by modifying the surface of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles using citric acid solution.The magnetic nanoparticles before and after surface modification were characterized by attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(ATR-FTIR),thermogravimetry(TG),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The measurement results show that citric acid was absorbed on the surface of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles due to the driving force of hydrogen bonds,static reaction and covalent bonds.The chemical absorption displayed strongest when pH of solution reached 4.8,which conforms to Langmuir isotherm equation with a saturated adsorption value of 100mg/g.
