筒式液压减振器AMESim建模与仿真

摘    要:分析了筒式液压减振器的工作原理和阀系特性,根据流体力学缝隙流动、管嘴流动计算理论及流体连续方程,推导了油液流动数学公式。应用AMESim建立了减振器上腔、下腔、补偿腔及各种阀系的模型,仿真得到了减振器示功图和速度特性,按照减振器台架试验标准QC/T545进行了试验。仿真结果和试验数据吻合良好,表明:用AMESim对筒式液压减振器建立的仿真模型正确可靠,符合实际要求,准确地描述了阻尼力随行程变化的规律,仿真模型可用于指导减振器的设计以及进行性能预测。

Abstract:The working principle and valve system features of hydraulic shock absorber are analyzed.According to gap flow in hydrodynamics,nozzle flow calculation theory and fluid continuous equation,the damping force formula is derived.Using AMESim,the rebound chamber,the compression chamber and reservoir chamber models are established.Simulation results and experimental data are compared to prove that the use of AMESim software to build the model of hydraulic shock absorber is correct and reliable.The models accurat...
