近红外成像技术在工业电视系统中的应用

摘    要:主要介绍红外成像技术的发展现状,重点研究了该项技术在工业电视领域中的应用,解决了冶金行业中普通高温工业电视难以对退火炉、回火炉等各类低温炉窑进行直观观察的难题,大大扩展了工业电视的应用领域,实现了对此类炉窑内部工件的实时监控,极大地提高了管理效率和自动化水平。

Abstract:In this paper, the present development of infrared imaging technique is mainly discussed. Applications of the technique in the field of industrial TV are intensively studied. Without this technique, the intra-state of low temperature metallurgical furnaces, such as annealing furnace and reheating furnace, can not be directly observed by using common high temperature industrial TV. By this method, the real-time monitoring on mtra-furnace work-pieces is realized. As the results, the range of application of industrial TV is greatly broadened and the management efficiency and automation level are tremendously raised.
