PDP用铝酸盐荧光粉的制备技术研究进展

摘    要:PDP用铝酸盐荧光粉的合成技术是发光材料领域的研究热点之一。对该类荧光粉的各种合成方法进行了综述,重点介绍了各种方法的特点和研究现状。认为喷雾热解法和化学共沉淀法是具有潜力的合成技术,若能解决颗粒大小和形貌控制等关键技术。将有望取代传统的高温固相法,具有良好的发展前景。

Abstract:Aluminate phosphor plays a very important role in PDP phosphor, so studies on its preparation technique become the focus in the luminescent materials area. Various preparation methods were reviewed. The advantages and defects of each were analyzed. The spray pyrolysis and precipitation methods were more potential than others. If the key factors could be solved properly, such as particle size, particle morphology, and so on, they were expected to replace the conventional solid-state method.
