| 摘 要： | 提出了一种对二值化后的车牌进行反色判断的新方法.该方法通过计算车牌2～6字符区域的白像素比例和垂直投影的白像素比例,判断车牌是否需要进行反色处理.实验表明,该方法有较高的准确率.

| Abstract: | The paper presents a new method for judging whether the color of a binary license plate needs to be reversed.The reverse color judgment is made by calculating the proportion of white pixels between 2 and 6 characters' areas of a license plate as well as the white pixel ratio of vertical projection.Experiments show that this method has high accuracy. |
