火电厂蒸汽管道的弹塑性蠕变损伤本构模型研究

摘    要:针对火电厂中蒸汽管道与汽包一类承压部件常用耐热钢材,由于长时间承受高温高压使用,处于蠕应变Ⅱ阶段过程中,发生弹塑性蠕变损伤问题,给出完整的损伤本构描述,建立起弹塑性蠕变损伤本构模型及其数值变分原理与有限元离散化形式,从而形成完整的数值变分新方法。

Abstract:In connection with the elastic and plastic creep damage issue which occurs in the pressed parts of power station main steam pipe and box-that made of heat-resisting steel when it bears high temperature and high pressure in the process of creep strain Ⅱ , an integrated basic structure for damage is described. The creep damage pattern of heat-resisting steel is given. Digital calculus of variations and separate finite element form is consequentially established. So an integrated digital method of variation came into being.
