脱硫系统放空气回收技术分析与应用

摘    要:在烃类转化合成氨工艺的脱硫系统升温和降温过程中,需要对脱硫系统出口气进行放空,既造成较大的能源浪费,又带来环境污染。通过对两种放空气回收方案进行分析对比,利用现有设备的循环回收方案不仅投资少,而且比燃料气回收方案更加稳定可靠。实施循环回收技术后,不仅节约大量的天然气,降低了开、停车成本,而且消除了脱硫升温、降温过程中的环境污染。

Abstract:In heating and cooling process of desulphurization system of hydrocarbons conversion synthetic ammonia technology, it is needed to vent natural gas from desulphurization system outlet. Not only does it cause greater waste of energy, but also it leads to environmental pollution. By analyzing and comparing with two kinds of gas recovery programs, the cycle recovery program utilizing existing equipment, which has low investment, is more stable and reliable than fuel gas recovery one. After implementation of the cycle reco'#ery technology, it saves a large amount of natural gas for reducing start-up and shut-down cost, and eliminates the environmental pollution in heating and cooling process of desulphurization system.
