摘    要:介绍了一种应用于同步位置检测的高精度机械定位系统。系统基于转子磁场定向控制理论和误差补偿算法,采用DSP控制永磁同步伺服电动机,驱动高精度LM滚动导轨智能组合单元,实现对工作台的精确定位。在转子磁场定向控制理论和误差补偿算法基础上,给出了系统的组成及软硬件设计方案。采用C++\C语言对上下位机编程,实现了系统运动的快速性和精确性。实验结果表明,该系统达到微米级的定位精度并具有良好的操作性能。

Abstract:A high precision mechanical positioning system was introduced.The magnetic field oriented control theory error and offset algorithm was adoped,it can be used in synchronous position decetion.DSP was used to contral permanent magnet synchronous servo motor and dilive,high precision LM rolling guide intelligent combined element,so it can achieve the realize pinpoint of the table.Based on the rotor field oriented control theory and error offset algorithm,the composition and the hardware and software design of system.It used the C++/C language in programming,so it can realize the real-time and acuracy control.Experimental results show that the system has micron level positioning accuracy and good operability.
