| 摘 要： | 我国已经加入了世界贸易组织，在国际大环境中，我国高校的科技工作将面临着更加严峻的挑战，同时也面临着发展的大好机遇。然而，高校应如何应对国际挑战，抓住发展机遇，不断壮大自己，是摆在高校面前的首要任务。本文从四个方面立意思考，大胆改革与创新，来应对国际挑战而赢得发展机遇。

| Abstract: | China has been a member of WTO.In the international environment the scientific and technological work is more challenging and faced with more opportunities of development as well.However,how to meet the international challenges and grasp the opportunities of development and strengthen ourselves has become the principal task for colleges and universities.In this article it is discussed from four aspects that we should boldly reform and innovate to meet the international challenges and grasp the opportunities. |
