| 摘 要： | 冲压模具在使用过程中有多种失效形式,而每种失效形式都和潜在的模具设计不合理有关。对此提出了在模具设计图样完成之前进行FMEA活动,并对如何建立FMEA进行了详细的论述,最后给出了实例。
