| 摘 要： | 基于模糊判断矩阵完全一致性的定义，给出一种调整模糊判断矩阵一致性的新方法。首先，讨论了衡量判断矩阵一致性程度的指标，从而给出了满意一致性的判定方法，然后提出了构造完全一致性模糊判断矩阵的变换公式，通过分析反映完全一致性矩阵和初始判断矩阵之间关系的偏差矩阵，得到一种新的一致性调整算法，最后进行算例分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of the complete consistency of fuzzy judgment matrix, a new method for regulating the consistency of the fuzzy judgment matrix is proposed. Firstly, an index of identifying the degree of consistency of a fuzzy judgment matrix is presented. And the judgment method of the satisfying consistency is given. Then, by constructing and analyzing the deviation matrix which reflects the relation between the completely consistent matrix and the initial judgment matrix, an approach for regulating consistency is proposed. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the use of the proposed approach. |
