| 摘 要： | 双相障碍是一种严重的精神疾病。大多数双相障碍以抑郁发作起病,易被误诊为单相抑郁症而延误治疗,影响预后,因此早期识别双相障碍十分重要。双相障碍发病机制复杂,涉及多个不同的领域,目前针对其特征性分子生物学指标的研究较少。该文针对双相障碍的遗传学、神经内分泌功能及神经信息传递的生化机制等领域的相关研究进展进行综述,探讨对双相障碍具有早期诊断意义的分子生物学指标。
