个体化综合干预对妊娠期糖尿病影响

目的探讨运用个体化心理疏导,个体化饮食和运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病结局的影响。方法 78例妊娠期糖尿病单胎孕妇,随机分为对照组（38例）和观察组（40例）。对观察组孕妇进行个体化综合干预,对照组给予常规干预,比较两组孕妇空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2h PBG）变化,及母婴近期、远期并发症。结果观察组FBG、2h PBG控制明显优于对照组;观察组孕妇妊娠期并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论个体化综合干预对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响显著。

Individual comprehensive intervention effects of diabetes in pregnancy

Objective Discussion on the application of individual psychological counseling,effects of individual diet and exercise therapy on pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 78 cases of gestational diabetic pregnancies,were randomly divided into control group（n=38） and observation group（n=40）.Comprehensiveintervention on pregnant women for individual observation group,the control group received routine intervention,compared two groups of pregnant women fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2h postprandial blood glucose（2HPBG） change,and the mother recently,long-term complications.Results The observation group FBG,2h PBG control is better than that of the control group,the observation group of pregnant women during pregnancy complication rates were significantly lower than those in the control group.（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Effect of comprehensive intervention was beneficial for the treatment of GDM.
