对蓄电池用铅钙板栅合金渣的探讨

摘    要:对铅钙板栅合金浇铸过程中常见的渣多问题进行了分析,解释了产渣的各种原因,并提出了不同情况下的解决方案和预防措施,同时还提到了合金渣的处理方法。最终强调的是:板栅的生产浇铸过程中,对熔铅锅内的合金温度和板栅浇铸温度的控制、对生产工艺的科学制定和严格执行都是至关重要的,这有助于保证产品质量、提高生产效率和企业的节能降耗。

Abstract:The cause of producing too much slag during the casting of the captioned alloy is analyzed. It is found that it is important to control the temperature of the melt for casting and optimize the casting pammeters and execute them strictly. By so doing, the product quality and the production efficiency can be improved and the energy consumption and metal loss reduced.
