摘    要:本文简要介绍了氨基模模塑粉的发展概况,阐述了氨基模模塑粉生产工艺流程、主要生产设备,着重描述了控制氨基模模塑粉生产质量的干燥技术,进行厢式烘干技术和网带烘干技术对产品质量影响的比较,尤其是能耗的比较,结果表明,采用网带烘箱干燥技术大大地提高了产品的质量和稳定性,为企业节约了大量的能量,从而降低了生产成本,得到了较好的效果。

Study of Application of Mesh Belt Drying Technology to Urea-Formaldehyde Molding Powder Production

Abstract:This paper introduced the urea-formaldehyde molding powder development briefly, expounded the urea-formaldehyde molding powder production technical process, the main production equipment, and described the key of dry technology for control urea-formaldehyde molding powder production quality emphatically. The influences of theater box type drying and mesh belt drying on the quality of products were compared, and the energy consumption was compared particularly.The results showed the mesh belt drying dry technology could improve the quality and stability of products greatly, save the energy of enterprise greatly, thus reduce the production cost, and obtain good effect.
