《金匮要略》“阳前通”“阴前通”浅析

"阳前通,则恶寒,阴前通,则痹不仁"语出《金匮要略》。"阳前通,则恶寒"是指阳虽先通但寒未尽除;"阴前通,则痹不仁"是指阴虽先通而痹未尽愈。恶寒不是阳前通的结果,而是身冷在一定程度上的延续;痹不仁亦不是阴前通的结果,而是骨疼在一定程度上的延续;恶寒与痹不仁的原因和身冷与骨疼的原因是一样的,乃前文中所述阴气、阳气不通所致。出现阳前通、阴前通是疾病有所缓解的表现。医者临证遇此表现,当因势利导,使疾病持续向愈。

The expression of"Yang Qi flows first,patients still suffer from Cold.Yin Qi flows first,patients still suffer from arthralgia and numbness"is quoted from Jin Gui Yao Lue,The former means that the Yang Qi is cleared first yet the cold is not eliminated;while the latter means that the Yin Qi is cleared first yet the numbness and pain are not eliminated.aversion to cold is not the result of Yang flows first,but the continuation of body cold to a certain extent;Arthralgia is not the result of Yin Qi Flows First,but the continuation of bone pain to a certain extent.The causes of suffering from Cold,arthralgia,body cold and bone pain are the same,which are caused by the blockage of Yin and Yang as mentioned above.The appearance of Yang Qi flows first and Yin Qi flows first is the manifestation of the disease has not been alleviated completely yet.In this case,clinically,we should make more efforts based on the situation,in order to to cure the diseases completely.
