单、双侧钢板内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的比较单、双侧钢板内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法 68例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者分为单侧钢板内固定术组和双侧钢板内固定术组,比较两组的临床疗效。结果单侧组和双侧组术中出血量无显著性差异(t=0.46,P>0.05);双侧组手术时间长于单侧组(t=2.82,P<0.05);双侧组的骨折愈合时间和住院时间均显著短于单侧组(t=2.45,P<0.05;t=2.63,P<0.05);双侧组术后并发症发生率11.8%显著低于单侧组的38.2%(t=3.18,P<0.05)。双侧组临床治疗有效率73.5%显著高于单侧组的41.2%(t=3.24,P<0.05)。结论双侧钢板内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折优于单侧钢板内固定。

Clinical efficacy of unilateral or bilateral steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of unilateral or bilateral steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods A total of 68 patients with tibial plateau fractures were enrolled in this study. All cases were divided into unilateral steel plate internal fixation group and bilateral steel plate internal fixation group. The blood loss, operative time, fracture healing time and hospital stay, incidence of postoperative complications and clinical treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results The blood loss was no significant difference between the two groups (t=0.46, P〉0.05). The operative time was longer in bilateral group than that in unilateral group (t=2.82,P〈0.05). The fracture healing time and hospital stay in bilateral group were significantly shorter than that in unilateral group (t=2.45,P〈0.05; t=2.63,P〈0.05). The postoperative complication rate in bilateral group was 11.8%, which was significantly lower than that of 38.2% in unilateral group (t=3.18,P〈0.05). The clinical effective rate was 73.5% in bilateral group, which was significantly higher than that of 41.2% in unilateral group (t= 3.24,P〈0.05). Conclusion Bilateral steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures is more effective than unilateral steel plate internal fixation.
