纤溶酶治疗非急性期下肢深静脉血栓的效果观察

目的观察溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓时，纤溶酶对慢性期或后遗症期血栓的疗效。方法选取2011年8月～2012年8月我科收治的下肢深静脉血栓患者46例，随机进入纤溶酶组和对照组．在抗凝治疗基础上应用纤溶酶治疗，观察患肢周径下降差值是否存在统计学意义，结合多普勒彩超推测有效率。结果纤溶酶组有效率明显高于对照组（分别为69．6％和8．7％，P〈0．05）。患者健侧同患侧的周径差值，治疗前后下降存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均无一例发生肺栓塞、大出血及重要脏器损害。结论本研究认为结合抗凝治疗，纤溶酶临床应用受时间限制少，即使病程超过1周，甚至更长时间，都可以尝试应用，且使用安全，出血风险低。

Effect of fibrinolytic in treatment of non aute deep vein thrombosis

Objective Observation on lower limb deep vein thrombus thrombolysis, fibrinolytic enzyme on the effect of chronic or sequela period of thrombosis. Methods Select 46 cases from August 2011 to August 2011 of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients admitted in our department, which randomly into the fibrinolytic enzyme group and the control group, on the basis of anticoagulation fibrinolytic enzyme treatment, observation of limb week drops diameter difference whether there is statistical significance, and combined with doppler colour to exceed that efficiently. Results Efficient fibrinolytic enzyme group was obviously higher than that of control group （69.6% and 8.7%, respectively, （P 〈 0.05）. Compared the two groups, patients with the contralateral side of the diameter difference, zbou decline there is statistical significance before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Two groups of patients were no cases of pulmonary em- bolism, massive hemorrhage and important viscera damage. Conclusion Our research suggests that combined with anti- coagulation, clinical application of fibrinolytic enzyme less restricted by time, even if the course of more than 1 week, or longer, can try to apply, and the use of safe, low bleeding risk.
