X线牙片1000例回顾性分析

目的了解牙体及根尖周病的发病情况 ,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考价值。方法对1000例牙病患者拍摄X线牙片 ,进行放射诊断与统计分析。结果龋病占72.1 % ,其中60 %合并尖周炎 ,且以深龋、干髓或根管治疗后发病率较高 ;牙齿发育异常占14.5 % ;牙体楔状缺损占3.1 % ;牙外伤占2.6%。结论对可疑患牙进行X线拍片检查 ,可以查明牙体缺损和尖周病的程度以及了解根管治疗的进程

A retrospective study of 1000 dental films

Objective To study the state of tooth and periapex so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Make radiological diagnosis and statistic analyses for dental films of 1 000 cases sufferering from odontia.Results The incidence of decayed teeth was 72.1%,among which 60% was complicated periapex inflammation.Moveover serious decayed teeth and mummification of dental pulp or root canal after being treated were of higher incidence;Dysplasia teeth 14.5%;Wedge_shaped defect 3.1%;Trauma teeth 2.6%.Conclusion Inspecting for dental genogran of sufferring teeth,find out the conditions of dental defect and periodontosis as well as know the course of root canal treatment.
