| 摘 要： | 上位机对远程PLC监控时,需要与远程PLC建立通信连接,研究通过电话网实现上位机和远程PLC通信的方法。下位机选用OMRONCQM1H型机,上位机利用Visu-alC 6.0及MSComm控件编程,调用调制解调器指令拨号与远程PLC建立连接,接着上位机根据HOSTLINK通信协议,向PLC发送命令帧数据,与PLC进行信息交换。该方法为进一步开发基于电话网的远程监控PLC系统提供了有价值的参考。

| Abstract: | In order to realize master-computer monitoring remote PLC, the connection of communication between them is needed. The communication method between master-computer and remote PLC through telephone network is investigated. OMRON CQM1H PLC is chosen as a remote slave-computer. The programming technique using Visual C 6.0 and MSComm Control, which is based on HOST LINK protocol, is introduced in detail. Master-computer utilizes Modem commands to dial up and create communication with remote PLC, then realizes message exchange by sending HOST LINK command frames to PLC. This method can be further developed as a simple, remote and real time supervision method through telephone networks. |
