摘    要:设计洪水是水文分析计算的一项重要内容,也是水利工程设计中一项重要指标,水库调节下的下游河道设计洪水计算方法与天然河流有着很大的区别,其洪水的峰、量及过程都发生改变,不能用任何已知的频率曲线线型来适配,从而达到外延的目的,本文将引用平均值的概念,对水库坝址上、下游断面的洪峰流量均值化处理,使多年平均洪峰流量能在设计河段相互转化,解决设计洪水计算所必要的统计参数——平均洪峰流量。

Abstract:The design flood is one of part of an important hydrological analysis and calculation, and it is an important indicator of hydraulic engineering design,the downtream River design flood calculation method under reservoir regulation and natural river has a very different,its flood peak,volume and processes are changed, not by any known linear frequency curve to fit, so as to achieve the purpose of the extension;this article will refer to the concept of the mean, the handling of the reservoir dam, the mean peak flow of the downstream section ,so many. years the average peak flow can reach into each other in the design and solve design flood calculation of statistical parameters necessary average peak flow.
