摘    要:在1,3-丁二烯直接氰化法制己二腈工艺的基础上,用Aspen Plus软件对己二腈的分离与提纯过程进行模拟,同时考察塔板数、进料位置、回流比和塔压等因素对己二腈分离效果的影响,得到最佳工艺操作参数,在此条件下获得质量分数为99.90%的己二腈和99.50%的2-甲基戊二腈,计算结果与实验结果基本相符,可为该工艺的开发提供理论依据。

Simulation and optimization of homologues distillation column in adiponitrile unit

Abstract:The separation and purification process of adiponitrile is simulated by software Aspen Plus based on the experimental process that produces adipontrile(ADN) from 1,3-butadiene cyanidation. The effects of the number of theoretical plates, reflux ratio, feed location, and tower pressure on the separation of ADN were investigated. The appropriate parameters and adiponitrile with 99.90wt% of purity and 2-Methylglutaronitrile with 99. 50% can be obtained, experimental results, are basically matched with the accounting values.
