| Abstract: | In this paper, combining with the construction pra- ctices, the author analyzes the concept of claim for engineering change and its causes and expounds the role of claims for engineering change in construction management. In addition, from the viewpoint of construction enterprises, the principle, system and measures of engineering change and claim manag- ement are put forward so as to promote the economic benefit of project implementation and the level of construction ma- nagement. |
