摘    要:本文通过对河南能源集团永煤公司陈四楼煤矿首绳更换方案的优化,利用井架下天轮平台的 SQY 型首绳起重装置,不需要安装凿井绞车,人员不需要下井施工,实现了矿井多绳摩擦式提升机首绳的安全高效更换。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the optimization of the first rope replacement program of the Chen Silou coal mine of the energy enterprise Yong Mei in He Nan. In the process, the heavy device of SQY was used on the sheave wheel platform under the head frame without the need to install the shaft sinking winches, and at the same time, the staff does not need to go down the mine, The optimization methods realized the efficient replacement of the first rope of the multi rope friction hoist.
