儿童影像医师培训现状及策略探讨

数字化影像时代给影像学的发展带来方便的同时，对于医学影像医师的要求更高，儿童影像作为影像学的重要分支学科，在儿童医学事业中占有非常重要的作用，目前我国已经广泛开展临床医师的规范化培训，但我国尚未针对儿童影像医师的专业化培训相关机制，为此，该研究初步提出儿童影像医师在数字化时代应该具备的基本条件以及相关培训的策略，以利于培养专业化更高的儿童医学影像人才。

Study on the Current Training Situation and Training Strategy of Pediatric Radiologists

Digital imaging era has brought convenience for the development of imaging; accordingly, the requirement for radiolo- gists is higher than ever. As an important branch of imaging, pediatric radiology plays a very important role in pediatric medical cause. At present, standardized training of clinicians has been carried out widely in our country, but there is still no professional standardized training for the pediatric radiologists. Therefore, we put forward the basic requirements that pediatric radiologists should possess in the digital era and related training strategies to facilitate the training of higher specialized pediatric radiologists.
