后疫情时代我国体育治理体系与治理能力现代化建设的智库作为

本文围绕后疫情时代我国体育治理现代化建设中智库作为展开研究,首先分析了后疫情时代我国体育治理现代化建设所面临的内外环境:国内体育各领域恢复发展与体育强国建设的持续推进对体育治理提出了更高的要求;国外在疫情冲击下全球体育可持续发展面临现实困境,为我国参与全球体育治理提出了新的挑战。研究从智库视角出发,探究了后疫情时代我国体育治理体系与治理能力现代化建设中智库参与的意义与功能。并提出了后疫情时代我国体育治理体系与治理能力现代化建设过程中的智库应有作为:延展智库研究方向,改善后疫情时代的体育研究范式;深化智库工作任务,积极传播后疫情时代的体育思想;提高智库服务能力,引领后疫情时代的体育发展走向;创新智库行为方式,提高后疫情时代体育智库研究与传播能力。

Think Tank for Modernization of China's Sports Governance System and Governance Capacity in the Post-epidemic Era

This paper focuses on the research of think tanks in the modernization of sports governance in the post-epidemic era.Firstly,it analyzes the internal and external environment faced by the modernization of sports governance in the post-epidemic era:the recovery and development of domestic sports fields and the continuous promotion of sports power construction put forward higher requirements for sports governance,the sustainable development of global sports in foreign countries is facing challenges under the impact of the epidemic,the realistic dilemma poses a new challenge for China's participation in global sports governance.From the perspective of think tanks,this paper explores the significance and function of think tanks'participation in the modernization of China's sports governance system and governance capacity in the post epidemic era.In the process of modernization,think tanks should do the following:extend the research direction of think tanks and improve the sports research paradigm,deepen the work tasks of think tanks and actively spread the sports ideas,improve the service ability of think tanks and lead the sports development trend,innovate the behavior of think tanks methods to improve the research and communication ability of sports think tanks in the post epidemic era.
