摘    要:在复杂的工业生产过程中,控制系统不可能工作在理想状态,其总会受到外界的影响,比如,在对反馈信号进行测量时,控制系统不可避免的会受到测量噪声的影响。为了降低测量噪声的影响,通常会使用各种各样的滤波技术以提升控制系统的性能。本文以微电网的频率控制系统为研究对象,考虑了当反馈回路有高斯分布测量噪声和非高斯分布测量噪声的两种情况,针对这两种测量噪声信号在模型中引入了动态数据校正滤波技术,分别对比了有无使用动态数据校正滤波技术时电网的频率偏差的方差大小,以此验证了动态数据校正滤波技术在微电网反馈控制回路中可有效抑制测量噪声的影响从而提升微电网频率控制性能。

Dynamic Data Reconciliation Based Filtering Technology to Improve the Performance of Islanded Microgrid Frequency Control
Abstract:In the complex industrial processes, the control system cannot work in an ideal state and is always affected by the outside environment. For example, when measuring the feedback signal, the control system will inevitably be affected by the measurement noise. In order to reduce the influence of measurement noise, various filtering techniques are usually used to improve the performance of the control system. In the microgrid frequency control system, considering the feedback loop has Gaussian distributed and non-Gaussian distributed measurement noise, dynamic data reconciliation based filtering technology is proposed and used in the microgrid frequency control system. The power grid frequency deviation is used for comparison with and without the use of dynamic data reconciliation based filter technology. The results demonstrate that the dynamic data reconciliation based filtering technology can effectively suppress the influence of measurement noise in the feedback control loop of microgrid so as to improve the frequency control performance of microgrid.
