摘    要:电子秤的称重数据,是生产物流管理的关键信息。行车(天车)称量信息与运行位置信息跟踪,是为生产制造物流系统的管理现代化提供保障条件的计量装备技术的新设计、新突破。是行车吊运物流作业系统计量管理的新装备。行车(天车)称量信息与运行位置信息跟踪技术装置,主要由行车电子称量装置、行车运行位置识别装置、数字信息无线发射与接收装置、计算机网络等构成。适用于钢铁冶炼企业或其它企业具有行车作业的物流系统计量与生产管理的自动化和智能化。

Abstract:Weighing data of electronic scale is the key information of production logistics management. Track the weighing information and running position information of crane(crane), it is a new design and breakthrough of metering equipment technology to provide guarantee conditions for the management modernization of manufacturing logistics system. It is a new equipment for measurement management of crane transportation logistics operation system. The driving crane(crane) weighing information and running position information tracking technology device is mainly composed of driving electronic weighing device, driving running position identification device, digital information wireless transmitting and receiving device, computer network and so on. It is applicable to the automation and intelligentization of the measurement and production management of the logistics system with driving operation in steel smelting enterprises or other enterprises.
