摘    要:基于Wenzel模型和Cassie模型,研究了金属液滴在区域非均匀多孔介质表面的润湿行为。结果表明,大孔、小Young氏接触角区域对液滴更易表现高粘附性;而在小孔、大Young氏接触角区域,由于低粘附性,液滴会向大孔区域表现出爬移行为。提出借助非均匀区域周期性组合的方法来防止液滴飞溅的“自束液”防溢设计思路,为在微重力环境下,液态金属热管、离子电推进器及原子钟等航天星载产品在振动条件下能正常工作提供潜在应用的可能性。

Abstract:Based on Wenzel model and Cassie model,the authors studied wetting behavior of liquid metal droplets on a porous wick surface with different zone-properties. It is indicated that,a porous wick surface with large pore diameter and with small Young contact angle has high adhesion ability,but if pore diameter is small and Young contact angle is large,the droplets may move to the surface with large diameter. Furthermore,a new notional strategy which depends on periodical structure of porous wick with different zone-properties is able to avoid splashing the droplets under vibration conditions,and can provide one possibility for potential application in anti-spill technology of the spaceborne products, such as liquid metal heat pipe,ion thruster and atomic clock etc.
