摘    要:透水砖的铺设能有效地降低城市的洪涝风险,是海绵城市建设的重要环节。透水砖在使用过程中,因雨水径流中颗粒物的累积效应,导致透水性能降低,使用寿命缩短。笔者综述了透水砖的孔隙结构、堵塞机理以及透水砖的防堵塞技术。透水砖的表面和内部孔隙因截留雨水径流中的颗粒物而产生堵塞,堵塞位置和程度受透水砖孔隙结构、雨水径流颗粒物性质及流量等诸多因素共同影响。目前,透水砖路面主要有人工清扫、高压冲洗和真空抽吸3种维护方法,具体的维护方法和维护频率与堵塞发生的位置及程度有关。同时,笔者对缓堵型透水砖研制、规范协同铺装和长效维护机制进行了展望。

Abstract:The laying of permeable bricks can effectively reduce the risk of city flood and is an important part of sponge city construction.During the use of permeable bricks,the permeable property is reduced by the clogging of particulate matter in rainwater runoff,resulting inhortened service life..This paper reviews the pore structure,clogging mechanism and clogging control of permeable bricks.The surface and internal pores of the permeable bricks will intercept the particulate matter in the rainwater runoff and cause clogging.The location and extent of the clogging are mainly affected by many factors such as the pore structure of the permeable brick,the nature of the particulate matter of the rainwater runoff and the flow rate.At present,the maintenance of permeable bricks mainly includes three kinds of maintenance methods:manual cleaning,high pressure washing and vacuum suction.The selection and maintenance frequency of specific maintenance methods are related to the location and extent of clogging.The standardization of collaborative pavement and long-term maintenance mechanism of slow-blocking permeable bricks are proposed.
