Na^18F经济型PET/CT诊断骨转移瘤的临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨Na18F经济型PET/CT(E.PET/CT)融合显像在骨转移瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对可疑骨转移的12例恶性肿瘤患者,进行Na^18 F E.PET/CT融合显像,并将E.PET和E.PET/CT对病灶的诊断效能进行比较。结果12例患者的85处可疑骨转移灶E.PET显像诊断阳性51处,阴性34处;E.PET/CT融合显像诊断阳性52处,阴性33处。与病理学检查、影像学检查及随访结果做出的最终诊断对照,E.PET显像阳性准确率82.35%,阴性准确率73.53%;E.PET/CT融合显像阳性准确率98.08%,阴性准确率100%.E.PET和E.PET/CT对病灶诊断的灵敏度、特异性及准确性的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Na^18 F E.PET/CT融合骨显像诊断肿瘤骨转移灶有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application value of Na18F economical PET/CT(E.PET/CT)fusion imaging in the diagnosis of bone metastases .Methods Twelve cancer patients with suspected bone metastases underwent Na18F E.PET/CT fusion imaging,then the diagnostic performances of E .PET and E.PET/CT were analyzed.Results The results of E .PET were 51 positive lesions and 34 negative lesions in 85 suspected bone metastases lesions of 12 pa-tients;and the results of E .PET/CT fusion imaging were 52 positive lesions and 33 negative lesions.Compared with the final diagnosis of pathological examination , imaging examination and follow-up results , the positive accuracy rate of E . PET was confirmed as 82.35%and the negative accuracy rate was 73.53%.The positive accuracy rate of E .PET/CT fusion imaging was 98 .08%and the negative accuracy rate was 100%.The differences of sensitivity ,specificity and ac-curacy between E.PET and E.PET/CT were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Na18F E.PET/CT fusion imaging has higher clinical value in the diagnosis of bone metastases lesions .
