摘    要:针对电解铜箔生产的主要设备部件——阴极辊的导电分析计算和导电结构设计问题,从理论上进行了探讨,提出了导电分析计算模型及计算的通用公式,推导出电解铜箔的工作原理;增大电流密度可以提高铜箔的生产率,保证稳定的电流密度,可以生产出一定厚度的铜箔,并给出了实用的设计准则。同时对应用情况进行了介绍。

Abstract:Theoretically discussion of structure and electric conduction analysis for a cathode roller the main part of the equipment for electrolytic copper foil production was made. Calculating model and common used formula for the electric conduction analysis for the cathode roller were proposed. Working principle for the cathode roller in electrolytic copper foil production was established. Increasing current density on the cathode roller can increase productivity of the copper foil. Copper foil with a given thickness can be produced under a stable current density is en- sured. The practical criteria and application were introduced also.
