| Abstract: | Based on the study of the internal and external E-commerce legislations, this paper focuses on the law problems arising during the use of E-commerce at libraries. Meanwhile, solutions have also been put forward from these aspects, such as subject competency, electronic contract, the fights and interests of consumers, and so on. |
