肠源性多器官功能不全综合征机制的研究进展

摘    要:各种原因引起的休克之后出现的并发症一直是困扰临床的问题。细菌移位的提出揭示了肠道在多器官功能不全综合征(MODS)中的重要作用,并引出肠屏障的概念。但是随着实验和临床资料的积累,对细菌内毒素移位引起MODS的理论提出了疑问,肠道缺血再灌注引发的免疫炎症反应逐渐得到认识,对肠源性MODS有了另外一个角度的认识。本文就肠源性MODS的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Complications secondary to shock is a challenging problem in clinical practice.The concept of"bacterial translocation" once explained the potential role of gut in the development of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)and elicited the term of "gut barrier".However,it becomes more controversial with the publication of more experimental and clinical results.The inflammation caused by gut ischemia-ruperfusion has provides new vision on the gut origin of MODS.This review summarizes the recent advances in gut origin of MODS.
