区域供冷系统的评价体系研究

对区域供冷系统的评价体系开展了初步的探索工作,从能源、环境、经济等方面构建了区域供冷系统的评价指标体系,提出了区域供冷系统能源、环境和经济各自评价体系的主要指标,并依据综合评价指数法给出了能源、环境、经济三维参评指标的标准化方法,研究表明,区域供冷系统的评价应全面、客观和公正,综合能源、环境和经济性3方面的内容。最后,提出了区域供冷系统评价的方法及完整流程。

Study on evaluation system of district cooling system

Primary research on the evaluation system of DCS is conducted in this paper. A comprehensive evaluation index sys-tem of DCS, with three different aspects energy cost, environment effect and economic efficiency, taken into consideration, has been established. Primary evaluation indexes of these three aspects are provided separately, and standardization method for these evalua-tion indexes are also proposed according to comprehensive index method. The research suggests that DCS should be evaluated com-prehensively, objectively and impartially, and three factors： Ener-gy, environment and economy should be taken into consideration comprehensively. At last, the evaluating method and process of DCS are presented.
